What is my billing tariff?

All current fees are accessible inside your "Billing" portal. As of 08/08/2026, default pricing is structured as follows:

Scanned Bank Statement 3p per page

What is your refund policy?

Because Readyfile provides immediate access to digital infrastructure and automated processing, account top-up credits are non-refundable. Standard consumer cooling-off rights do not apply to digital goods once credits are added or used.

Any refund or credit return request is reviewed and granted strictly at the sole and absolute discretion of Readyfile Ltd. Purchased credits do not expire while Readyfile Ltd remains solvent.

Do I have any account limits?

Yes. By default, accounts are permitted a system limit of 50 clients.

If you require higher client capacity, please contact us at support@readyfile.co or use the "Contact" page in your logged-in app to request an increase.

How does document processing work & how long does it take?

The Readyfile platform allows you to:

  • Upload invoices and bank statements to individual client profiles created with custom references and aliases.
  • View, organize, and edit extracted document data within the "Drive" interface.
  • Generate consolidated accounting "Reports" combining statements and invoices.

Turnaround Time: Most uploaded documents are extracted within a few minutes. However, during high server load, complex scans, or third-party queue backlogs, worst-case turnaround time for document return may take up to 48 to 50 hours.

How is my data protected and processed?

  • Server Hosting & Retention: All client data is hosted securely on UK-based servers located in London, United Kingdom. Invoice transaction records are retained for 10 years to comply with statutory UK accounting standards.
  • AI & Sub-Processors: Document extraction utilizes Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and API integrations with OpenAI.
  • No Model Training: All customer data and source documents processed via API are strictly opted out of AI model training. Your files are never used to train or fine-tune public AI models.
