The payment policy is tied with the terms and conditions, sent to paid up charities.

1. The following “Payment Policy” governs your use and functionality of trading services including buying and selling on readyfile.co and subdomains.
2. Readyfile Ltd, registered in England and Wales, № 15186469. Registered office: 7 Irk Vale Drive, Manchester, OL1 2TW, shall be referred to in this as "Readyfile", "we" or "us" in this, and “you” or “user” will refer to you, the user of the services, agreeing to this document.
3. You may pay for our services on Readyfile by a debit card, credit card, or by bank transfer. A card payment may be from any Visa or Mastercard card at least, and a bank transfer can be made if you are able to send to a account maintained in GBP, based in the United Kingdom, and are able to supply a referenve, which we pre-specify as a 16 character reference.
4. Payments are made in advance, as a top-up, before consuming our services. This credit shall not expire, whilst we are solvent. This credit may not be refunded, unless the request is made within 15 calendar days you opening the account, in which case an administration fee of up to 5% may be charged.
5. We specify the payment amount for each service availed on our platform, at app.readyfile.co. We will deduct funds directly from your account.
