All we collect is whatever is on the form, and anything you supply to our systems if you are given a demo account. Everything can be deleted by emailing us at support[at]almonzo[dot]org.

Please note we only process data as per your instructions. You must supply any people whose details you enter into the system with your own privacy policy

Accountancy App

  1. The following “Payment Policy” governs your use and functionality of trading services including buying and selling on readyfile.co and subdomains.
  2. Readyfile Ltd, registered in England and Wales, № 15186469. Registered office: 7 Irk Vale Drive, Manchester, OL1 2TW, shall be referred to in this as "Readyfile", "we" or "us" in this, and “you” or “user” will refer to you, the user of the services, agreeing to this document.
  3. We only collect your business' email address, address, names, and our payment partners may take any financial information. We also keep a record of all invoices for 10 years from the payment transaction. We are able to delete all information, except for invoice data (which contains addresses). You may also supply us with data from your clients'. We utilise Artificial Intelligence for processes involving scanned bank statements or invoices.
  4. All data we collect will be stored in servers based in London (United Kingdom).
